Fall Colour Watch: Algonquin Is The Place To Be This Weekend

The trees in Algonquin are showing much more colour at the moment then those in Muskoka. Highways 35, 117 and 118 always offer great fall colour, but it’s still early for viewing, only about a 20 per cent transformation is reported. Further Northeast, Algonquin is reporting a 40 to 50 percent colour change. If you’re willing to make the drive, Ragged Falls just off Highway 60 outside the west gate of Algonquin park offers an ideal viewing location this weekend.
