Muskoka’s trails are receiving praise across the Province. Katie Pellarin of the Muskoka Trails Council recently attended the Ontario Trails Conference and says Muskoka was applauded for their success with projects and events related to District trails. The Muskoka Trails Council also held the first Amazing Race event in late August. Pellarin says the council had a goal of raising $2,000 but ended up bringing in over $10,000. She says the money will be used for upgrades to the council website and for attending a regional meeting in October.
