Two Separate Court Dates Set For ClubLink And Lake Joeseph Club Employees

The court case involving the car accident in the summer of 2008 that claimed the lives of three young men, is moving forward. The three friends, and a girl who walked away from the accident, were at the Lake Joseph Club before the car they were in plunged into the Little Joseph River. It’s alleged the group was served 31 drinks with their food before the accident happened. ClubLink, a corporation that owns Lake Joseph Club, and 14 of its employees came up on liquor license related charges stemming from the crash. After numerous appearances in court, two more court dates were set last week. Representatives of ClubLink will be in court on November 5th while the Manager of Food and Beverage at Lake Joe Club and two servers will appear in front of a judge on March 12th.
